To be of the same kind

I read a spy novel by XX and I liked it. I read more of his novels, but they seem cast in the same mold, therefore they are predictable

Ho letto un giallo di XX e mi è piaciuto. Ho letto altri sui romanzi polizieschi, ma sono tutti dello stesso stampo e quindi prevedibili

"Che bel vaso, assomiglia molto al mio che si è rotto" "Effettivamente è la copia esatta, uscito dallo stesso stampo. L'ho trovato in un mercatino e ho pensato che ti avrebbe fatto piacere averlo"
